The LEP provides exposure to an array of career paths while receiving hands on training in those fields. From mechanics to dairy farmers and other necessary life skills, these new learned lessons give them a sense of purpose & achievement. This is all conducted in a positive and safe community environment. Upon completion, the participants receive a stipend to allow them to experience a tangible benefit for responsibility and hard work.
